Using the Lyf one-north as a case study, the team explored the various facilities and design quirks of the project which we could draw inspiration from

By studying the site, usage patterns, nearby landmarks and attractions, and climatic conditions, the team drawn up the basis for the design of the hotel
Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design
With a focus on Air-Conditioning/Mechanical Ventilation, Electrical and Lighting, Sanitary, Plumbing and Fire Protection systems.
